STARTING NEW UTILITY SERVICES
Residents may start service in person, by fax, or email.

A credit check ($5 processing fee) or a service deposit of three (3) times the monthly charge is due at the time new service is activated. Commercial accounts may be required to pay a higher deposit. The service deposit is refundable during the following events: 1) after one (1) year of satisfactory account activity, or 2) upon service termination and applied to the closing bill remaining credit will be refunded.

STOP OR TRANSFER UTILITY SERVICES
Residents may stop service in person, by fax or via email at the following:

Service can be stopped the same day or at a future date by the person whose name appears on the account. Fill out the Stop/Transfer Application to start the process. Water and wastewater service can be stopped Monday through Thursday during normal business hours. However, services are not stopped on Fridays. A valid identification will be verified, and a new forwarding address is necessary.
If you are no longer living at the service address, it is your responsibility to let us know to stop service. Monthly service charges will continue to be billed on the account until it is closed.
